A common street food snack

As we continue to celebrate Black History Month I decided to make these delicious kebabs are typical African snacks and well known street food. Often these kebabs are eaten as a snack and also served as canapés at parties.

This recipe is simple and easy to follow, the mix of flavours you get from the spices are incredible. These little bites of meat will have you going back for more! I used George Forman grills to make these kebab sticks and they grilled each one to perfection.
